Founded by a coalition of aviators, healthcare professionals, and policy experts, we strive to create an environment where pilots can seek help without fear of professional repercussions.

To The United States House of Representatives & The United States Senate,
We, the signed citizens of the United States of America, petition the United States Congress and its elected Members and ask that Congress prioritize addressing mental health issues within the aviation industry. The current Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) policies focusing on mental health are archaic and have led to a culture of fear within aviation when it comes to seeking mental health care.
We urge Congress to adopt and pass the following pieces of legislation to make mental health care more accessible for the aviation community:
- Mental Health in Aviation Act (H.R. 9687)
- Aviation Medication Transparency Act (H.R. 9243)
