PMHC is an affiliate of Five Acres

Our Services

The Pasadena Mental Health Center can help you to better deal with life's challenges with the following services:

  • One-on-One Counseling for individuals, couples, children and families.

  • Parenting Skills Groups provide parents with new tools for being an effective parent and handling family conflict.  Available in English and Spanish.

  • Children’s Groups help kids to improve their social skills, reduce aggression and make positive life choices.

  • Walk-in Support Groups give participants the opportunity to share common experiences and gain new insights among people dealing with similar life challenges. Please call 626-798-0907 for a description of the current groups.

  • First Offender Program, offered in partnership with the Pasadena Police Department, this program helps non-violent youth offenders and their families to break the cycle of early delinquent behavior. Referrals for this program are made through the Pasadena Police Department.

Partners
The Pasadena Mental Health Center also partners with local organizations to provide mental health education and services. Our partners include the Pasadena Homeless Prevention Project, Pasadena Unified School District, Five Acres and the Pasadena Police Department
